They really saved me when I needed assistance dealing with a family situation with kindness, care, and real solutions to my needs. They served everyone who entered their store with the utmost respect; I was there four days running and saw many interactions with customers. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DROPPED OFF PACKAGE TO BE SENT TO SOUTH FLORIDA THEY DELIVERED IT TO A UPS STORE IN THE SAME CITY AND CLAIM THAT IT WAS REFUSED BY THE COMPANY IN WHICH IT WAS SENT TO. REFUSE TO RESEND TO CORRECT ADDRESS WITHOUT CHARGING ME AGAIN. INCOMPETENT COUNTER HELP, CAN'T PRODUCE THE PAPERWORK THEY CLAIM WE SIGNED TO THAT ADDRESS.
