  I have been a client of Danny Dupree Insurance Agency over 25 years not only have I received the best insurance rate ever everyone goes above and beyond for the best rates and they truly have your best interest at heart. Top knot service and top-notch individual to do business with Danny Dupree the owner will go out his way to make sure that every customers is satisfied and needs are provided by the most awesone professional staff. Anyone that says different can clearly does not do business with them so please don't read into the negative posts it's not true.   I have all of my insurance with this agent/agency! Staff does a great job! I have read some of the negative reviews and from my experience this is not the normal operation. I have several family members and friends that have their insurance at this agency and all are very pleased with the service. In insurance, as with all large companies, there are many different levels. The agency is just your point of contact. Mistakes can happen at the agency, but my experience has shown it happens more often at the regional office. The staff of the agency fights for the policy owners to help them get the right insurance for their needs. They are also the ones who review your policies and make suggestions to lower your cost. I would suggest making an appointment and have your policies reviewed to make sure you are paying the least amount for the coverages you need. As life goes on, your needs change.

  Worst Experience I've ever had!!!! Let's start with the fact that it took me 3 weeks to actually get started because of broken promises for callbacks or the lack of communication between the office and call center employees. I had to restart a quote / policy 3 times and no one seemed to know what was going on. Then after finally getting my policy set up, they charged me 2 months when telling me it would only be 1 month upfront (This wasn't a huge deal because i had planned for 2 months, just trying to give the full picture). So after all this, I got a letter in the mail a couple of days ago saying that they're CANCELLING MY POLICY because of a couple of speeding tickets from 2 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All this information should have been determined before they took my money!!!!!!!!! This entire experience has made me physically sick to my stomach and disgusted in the way this company and office operate. I'm not only putting up 1 star, but i'm going to go out of my way to call my friends and family and make sure they rethink this choice, if they have state farm!!!!!!!!!

  I'm a longtime State Farm customer that moved from Georgia last year, my policies were transferred to the Dupree State Farm Agency in Jacksonville, 5 STAR agency with fantastic customer service, Danny,Jesse & Pam are great!!
