- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a guy named Albert that helped me. I went in about 30 minutes prior to closing to get my car fixed because the one I got before wasn't working. I went in and he was helping me. He was very rude and made me feel like it was my fault that he has to stay longer to help me when he was about to leave. I felt like a burden upon him and that is not the way I should have felt. He treated me as if I was young and dumb and didn't know what I was doing. I will not go back to that Vystar unless I have too. The ladies up front we're very sweet and welcoming but Albert was not.By Sara Doring, June 11, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The staff is majority of the time nice and the only thing I didn't like about this branch is a couple of times I went there to fill out some paperwork I felt rushed liked the person was trying to go on break.
