Since we are experiencing extremely bad life circumstances, we wanted my husband's chemo meds shipped to USPS, having been informed there is NO charge to hold an item here. Then we were charged $3.00. BOO on bad USPS. First the gal did not want to look for his meds Saturday without a tracking number, then we got charged to receive the item today and I picked up about 8 hours later than receipt of the delivery.That is Trump level bad.. :( Not to mention we are dealing with a Glioblastoma 4. The e-mail notification is great and they will even help bring them out to your car! I really can't say enough great things about their customer service.
