- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BEWARE Do not ship from this store ever, quoted different shipping cost with their packaging by two different employees. The last one I dealt, with, Chuck, was out right rude and has no idea about customer service. I was over charged and just hope and pray my handmade art will arrive in one piece. Also I dropped it off and paid in full at 8:30 AM should have been gone out by 6 PM same day , it is still sitting at the store. I went today to pick it back up and was told it is not there. I called the UPS HUB 800 number and was told it should be still in the store. As to the over charging, I checked shipping online and that is how I found out I was overcharged. Chuck on the other hand told me online were "wholesale Prices" and they charge retail. Which by the way is not true per UPS. So beware, these people are rip offs and uneducated.
