- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've used many services at this UPS store over the years: fingerprinting, passport photos, shipping and I drop off prelabeled USPS packages often. These people have always been absolutely lovely. I've always trusted them with my drop offs and I've never had an issue. They can now provide a receipt which I sometimes need on those drop offs. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not go to this store if you want competent service. The manager, Michelle Ketchum, turned me down on notarization of a document which was completely legal to notarize. I tried to explain the reasons why it was perfectly legal but she would not listen to me at all. Took the very same document to my bank who notarized it and they could not understand either why this UPS store could not notarize it.
