- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could choose to give no stars I definitely would. This company serves only to operate as a middle man between customer and mortgage company. to railroad homeowners into foreclosure. They will drag out your prequest for a home modification by having you send paperwork multiple times over months to years compounding the a delinquency on your mortgage and adding to your mortgage Balance If your lucky enough to get a modification t you'll probably be hit with a balloon not at the end of a 20 to 30 yr. modification.I I was given a 64000 balloon on 7000 of unpaid interest. I suffered a mild stroke while discussing the progress of my modification while they continued to have me fill out a third round of paperwork for a request for a modification . Don't do business with these people your health, marriage and sanity are tested under this smokescreen and ultimately end with the foreclosure of your home.By Betty Parker Tarrence, May 21, 2017
