- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a pitiful way to do business. People do not have time all the time to do scheduled meetings. We the people need fast results over the phone. I just needed my pin number to be resent out so I can send out for my taxes. Just like we gotta pay taxes out of our pay, I expect the tax places be more urgent about helping us get our money back without all this beat around bull crap. This is ridiculous.
