  I called out of curiosity..simply because i have never done a car title pawn before.....well the guy helped me to talk myself into it....he seemed very nice and knowledgeable....we went over all of the documents and requirements that are necessary to complete the transaction....in other words i asked every single thing that i could to make sure everything i had was sufficient and it was ....he directed me to a address in jax. On atlantic blvd...and assured me that i had all documents correct and he was sending all of my info . and that all i had to do was fill out the small form at said office and the money was already pre opproved for me....so i drive 56 miles 1 way to said instaloan and when i get there the woman behind the desk.. rodneshia asm....says that 1 of my documents needs to be newer...i instructed her that i was going to walk out to my car and get another one ...as i am approaching the door ..she says it doesn't even matter i am about to leave any way...at that point i am trying to figure out what kind of remark that was while i am get the newer document as per her request...when i come back in i have all sufficient paper work with no descrepencies at all within .....at this point she says i need to drive to the lake city office after just driving 56 miles from my home...and tells me i live 6 miles to far from their office and that she had to decline the trans action due to that....and then looked up all of their offices and said i was a couple miles too far....well that was the pits for my very first experience...i was only trying to borrow 500 on a car that is blue book at 6k....not as if i was trying to get 3k or some thing like insee others do with no problem....i am 47 and clean cut with no visible tattoos ...i thunk the lady just plain didn't like me be cause i am white...the name she gave me when i asked was Rodneshia Asm.......i would strongly recommend going some wher else as there are many others fighting over loans in competition......... ..

  Insane interest rates, a loan that never goes down if you pay the smallest payments etc. Avoid.

  Nice staff however the wait is usually really long and of course the pricing to cash a check are through the roof.
