The selection is great, as is the service, and I would definitely recommend them! I've also gotten jewelry cleaned and watches repaired from them. They pay attention to detail and all of my pieces came back restored to their original glory. I'm so happy my fiance decided to buy my ring here. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from Faith Jewelers. The process of purchasing a ring is one of the most important parts of this big step in life, and John Frazier made me feel comfortable through the entire thing. During my initial interest of purchasing from Faith Jewelers, John let me know the different ranges of pricing they offered and let me know how to proceed if I chose them. I do not live in Jacksonville and this made the decision much more difficult because everything would have to be remote. John Frazier set up a video consultation where we walked me through the 4 C's of the diamond and all of my options for rings. I gave him the perimeters of what I was looking for and he was able to immediately give me 5 different options for rings and diamonds in my price range. Each option was perfect and I was able to select the ring and diamond confidently. After selecting the ring that I wanted, everything from payment to delivery and the continued customer service is exceptional. John Frazier and the family at Faith Jewelers is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am thankful that the service we will be provided over the years will come through this family.
