  Financial adviser was immature and criticized me without reason or place, he also assumed some details without even asking questions first because I guess it's too much work to ask first right? Awful!

  On 6/13/2017 I went to this location and spoke to JAYLENE to deposit a $1,715 check into my mother's account. I gave her a name and account number and she did not confirm the name or number with me, she just gave me a receipt and I left. On the way home, I realized the last four digits on the receipt did not match the numbers I had given her for my mother's account. I had to rush back to fix her mistake and she did not even apologize. Jaylene should be working the drive-through line at a fast food restaurant and messing up their orders instead of a bank where she is messing with my family and their hard-earned money!!!!

  Wonderfully built with roundabouts and crosswalks. The buildings look elegant and there's plenty of shade on a sunny day... Try to deliver anything to this place... it's a joke. The dinosaur of a security guard can't type or spell. Chase really does need to retrain their security guard! The other buildings don't have so many older folk security guards who can't do much but watch videos all day. Hence, not a very secure building.
