- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I do not recommend working with this office. I had two policies through this office that were always paid on time. The first policy was for condominium insurance. I received a notice in the mail that they were no longer covering condos in the State of Florida. When I called the office to confirm, they said that they were still covering condos and to disregard the letter. They were aware the notices were sent out but did not proactively call to notify customers that it was not accurate. The second policy was a personal articles policy for an engagement ring. After over 8 years of having the policy and paying on time, a notice was randomly sent that it was being cancelled because they "did not know where the item was located". When I called to inquire, they told me the policy had already been cancelled but that if I had called to discuss it with them that they could have saved the policy. Again, another example of zero proactivity as a business owner and zero regard for a loyal customer who had paid on time for years.
