- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!! My 68 year old mother went in here to mail a package from Florida to Colorado. The package weighed 25lbs and was 26x20x20 in size. They charged her $190.47 to mail it REGULAR MAIL through the USPS. They said it could take up to 7 days...and was not guaranteed or insured. I went on the USPS website to get a quote to compare..... and my mother could have paid $38 for the same service if she went into the actual post office to mail it. I called the corporate office to complain....and was told that EACH INDIVIDUAL STORE CAN CHARGE WHAT EVER KIND OF MARK UP THEY WANT. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!By Tosha Abbott, July 30, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This location NEVER opens on time! I have experienced several occasions where I was at the door waiting for them to open which is suppose to be 8:00 am and noone would show up to open. Just today (Monday 6/6/16, I kid you not), I was waiting outside for them to open. A uniformed UPS employee was inside the store getting things sorted to open it seemed and at about a quarter til 8am (opening time), literally left out locked the door and NEVER came back. I waited around until almost 8:30 am and I simply couldn't hold out any longer. Several customers were building up outside waiting as well all scratching their heads wondering WTH was going on and why noone was there to open. The staffing and attendance needs to GREATLY improve at this location to be more timely in opening. If they cannot meet the business hours as clearly stated on their door (Mon - Fri 8 am - 6:30 pm) then maybe they should revise this. My review is not a rant but rather an observation from my personal experience over the course of several months in dealing with this specific UPS Store location.By KING, January 15, 2017
