- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Only giving 3 stars because it's near my house. THIS IS NOT A BANK BRANCH. You have to follow a "mysterious" hallway to find the ATM, but they have one. Needless to say we had some extenuating circumstances that should have made it almost impossible to be approved for a loan, and yet we we pre-approved and closed in just under 30 days! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't waste your time with these people. They're picky over the smallest of things. It's not worth the hard inquiry on your credit to even TRY with them. I have perfect credit,and income. It's all very stable,with nothing bad against me. I was pre-approved in seconds. The reason they denied me was irrelevant to my income and credit. I got a PRE-APPROVAL and got declined AFTER I paid for things. The house was TAKEN OF THE MARKET and everything! They're more than willing to take the money,and THEN decline you.
