- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I tried to get ahold of them for 3 days about a house I would like to see. They dont answer their phones. I dont know how they are growning when no one answers their phones....By Layce Roelfs, February 21, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I attempted to rent a condo using their services..the realtors I dealt with were nice. After submitting backgrounds, income verification etc. for this condo, everything should have been all set. Even the realtor I dealt with said I was the "perfect candidate" I found it ironic and disheartening that after I sent the owner a copy of my drivers license (showing what I looked like) that she wasn't ready to rent her condo out yet and wanted to give more time before finding a tenet. I asked the owner directly "Why would you put it out if you aren't ready to rent it out?" I'm willing to bet someone of a different race than myself lives there now. I'm rating this business a 1 for a lack of response. I voiced my complaint to the realtor AND emailed the company itself with no response. I wanted my application fee refunded since the owner was ignorant. Luckily I was able to receive a refund through my bank. Would never recommend their services.By E. Dozier, September 30, 2016
