  I did have to wait about an hour however the place was slammed. The overall experience was positive. The HVAC was pumping out ice cold air, plenty of seating and the women that helped me was very personable and kind, didn't feel like I was imposing on her day. Kudos to this location.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Twanzo. She was very professional and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions that I had. She was able to find me the lowest rate, which was a lot cheaper than the other places that I was quoted.

  The older man at the information counter was very friendly and helpful. The time was ok we expected that. But the lady that waited on us was not friendly or helpful. This being our first time here we did not know what we were suppose to do so she was Rudy when she told my boyfriend that she was waiting on him...he could not see the the screen on the little machine because of the angle and when she told him to go to the panel and get his photo made we had to ask where it was. And she was rude again. Now the young lady next to her was very nice and gave detail instructions to the lady's she was helping. Public job's should be very nice and friendly to the public they are hired to work with.
